jump cut, render, layer, filters, connected learning, participatory learning
Goal of the week: We will read a reflective summary of four qualitative studies. You will work alone or with partners on a concept map (college hack: concept maps great for organizing ideas).
Everyone was given a free website or keep just doing work in Micrsoft Focus and Teams.
You also need to pick your topics, anything in the world to learn, and start looking for stuff...then learn it.

Goal of the week: You will be into a group to develop an understanding of connected learning. If you join us Monday October 26th I will define the model live.
As a group you need to create an outline or concept map defining connected learning. Then you will choose a learning community to analyze and start taking notes.
You are gonna keep doing your do and learning your thing. Find three more sources and take notes.

In week three we mix it up a bit. Now your group is going to convert your graphic organizer into an essay.
First we will look at other case studies as mentor texts, and then using your analysis you will write up your own essay analyzing your learning space from a connected learning lens.
Choose one case study on connected learning. Outline the article. Pay attention to the shape of the story.
Publish three microcast, an audio recording of 2-7 minutes reflecting on your learning.
Write a collaborative essay with your group. Analyze an out of school space of learning from a connected learning lens
